As an Admissions Counsellor at Vignan’s World One School, you will play a vital role in guiding students and parents through the admission process while ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process to prospective parents and students.
* Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with professionalism and empathy.
* Counsel parents and students to help them make informed decisions regarding admissions.
* Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.
* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
* Plan and participate in school admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
* Achieve enrollment targets by contributing to effective admission strategies.
* Stay updated with school policies, curriculum developments, and competitive trends in the education sector.
* Provide feedback to the management team regarding admission trends and parent/student expectations.
