Job Summary:
As an Admissions Field Manager at Vignan’s World One School, you will be responsible for driving student admissions through effective outreach, relationship building, and field-based initiatives. You will lead the admission efforts to ensure maximum visibility and enrollment growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve student admission targets.
- Represent the school at field activities such as education fairs, community events, school visits, and parent interactions.
- Build strong connections with parents, educational consultants, and local communities to enhance admissions.
- Guide and mentor the admissions team in executing field-level admission drives and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students.
- Manage end-to-end field admission activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate reports of admission activities and provide insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful admission campaigns and outreach programs.
- Ensure that all admission activities align with the school’s values, policies, and brand image.
