Vignan’s World One School is seeking a highly skilled and passionate English Professor to teach and mentor senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of teaching experience in English Literature and Language at the CBSE/Intermediate level, with a proven ability to prepare students for board exams and higher studies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Literature & Language for Class XI & XII.
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the CBSE curriculum and exam requirements.
- Use modern teaching methodologies and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Guide students in developing strong communication, comprehension, and writing skills.
- Mentor students for board exams, competitive exams, debates, and literary events.
- Provide individual attention to support students’ academic and personal growth.
- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and mock exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students for academic improvement.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and share reports with parents.
- Encourage critical thinking, creative writing, and analytical skills.
- Introduce innovative teaching strategies such as group discussions, role plays, and project-based learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in English literature and pedagogy.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs.
