Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation for your subject area.
- Provide academic support and guidance to subject teachers, ensuring effective teaching methodologies are followed.
- Monitor classroom teaching standards and mentor teachers to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Design innovative lesson plans, teaching aids, and strategies aligned with the school’s vision and curriculum.
- Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs for teachers.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to set academic goals and track student progress.
- Conduct regular assessments and ensure alignment of teaching practices with examination requirements.
- Engage with parents to share academic progress and address subject-specific concerns.
- Encourage a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning among students.
- Ensure adherence to educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and school standards.
